Hi, I'm Kaitlin — founder of Tap Into Your Best Self

Certified — Callahan Techniques Ltd.

I created this space from a deep desire to help others move through emotional blocks and step into who they truly are.

I am certified in Optimal Health Thought Field Therapy through Callahan Techniques Ltd. My training includes self-treatment techniques, self-testing procedures, and TFT Voice Technology — which I now use to support others on their healing path.

What inspired me to start this journey?

Thought Field Therapy (TFT) has changed almost every part of my life. When I started tapping, I wasn't just curious — I was searching. Over time, I saw how powerful this work could be. TFT helped me clear deep emotional triggers I'd carried for years. It gave me tools to build self-confidence, manage stress, and grow spiritually and emotionally.

What Is Thought Field Therapy (TFT)?

Thought Field Therapy (TFT) is a gentle yet powerful technique that uses specific tapping sequences on energy points — similar to acupuncture points — to help release emotional blocks and restore balance, calm, and clarity.

TFT is based on the understanding that when we experience stress, fear, sadness, or overwhelm, our body's energy system becomes disrupted. By tapping on precise points in a specific order while focusing on the issue, we help restore balance to both body and mind — often within minutes.

TFT is unique because it uses precise sequences tailored to the specific issue being addressed. Whether you're new to tapping or have explored other energy healing methods, TFT works directly with your body's response — rather than forcing a mindset shift.

Collarbone Breathing is a gentle TFT technique that helps reset the body's energy and deepen your results. It rebalances your neurological system so tapping can work more effectively — clearing blocks and supporting lasting emotional release.

Breathing Sequence

Do these 5 breath steps at each position below while continuously tapping the gamut spot — the soft spot on the back of your hand between your pinky and ring finger.

Start with Left Hand

    Two fingertips (index + middle finger tips) on left collarbone point → do full breathing sequence
  • 2
    Knuckles (index + middle finger knuckles) on left collarbone point → do full breathing sequence

    Knuckles on right collarbone point → do full breathing sequence
  • 4
    Two fingertips on right collarbone point → do full breathing sequence

Switch to Right Hand

This sequence helps clear blocks, restore balance, and support lasting emotional release.

The 9 Gamut Sequence engages both hemispheres of the brain while tapping the gamut point, helping restore mental clarity and balance your emotional response.

The Gamut Point

Locate the soft spot on the back of your hand between your pinky and ring finger. Tap this point continuously throughout the sequence.

The Toxin Barrel Effect describes how emotional stress, environmental toxins, triggers, and daily burdens accumulate over time — like water filling a barrel. When the barrel gets too full, even a small additional stressor can cause overflow, showing up as:

  • Anxiety or overwhelm
  • Heightened emotional reactivity
  • Fatigue or brain fog
  • Headaches or physical tension
  • Feeling stuck or unable to move forward
How TFT Helps

TFT helps empty the barrel by releasing emotional stress and energetic imbalance. Over time, you'll feel calmer and more resilient — small triggers no longer cause big reactions, and your body and mind regain their natural clarity and balance.
