Thought Field Therapy (TFT) has changed almost every part of my life. When I started tapping, I wasn't just curious — I was searching. Over time, I saw how powerful this work could be. Collarbone Breathing is a gentle TFT technique that helps reset the body's energy and deepen your results. It rebalances your neurological system so tapping can work more effectively — clearing blocks and supporting lasting emotional release.

The 9 Gamut Sequence engages both hemispheres of the brain while tapping the gamut point, helping restore mental clarity and balance your emotional response.
Locate the soft spot on the back of your hand between your pinky and ring finger. Tap this point continuously throughout the sequence.
The Toxin Barrel Effect describes how emotional stress, environmental toxins, triggers, and daily burdens accumulate over time — like water filling a barrel. When the barrel gets too full, even a small additional stressor can cause overflow, showing up as:
